Vauxhall Corsa (D) ABS Pump Fault

The Corsa D ABS pump is a very common unit to fail across the entire Vauxhall Corsa range built between 2006 and 2014. The most frequent issue is a complete lack of braking effort to the front left brake caliper. This causes the vehicle to pull to the right under braking, which can clearly be very dangerous, especially during emergency stops, as the car may swerve and become unstable.
When diagnosing the problem, you’ll likely notice that no brake fluid is reaching the front left caliper, making it impossible to bleed the brake.
The cause of this is a known internal fault within the ABS pump. This is a manufacturing defect, so unfortunately, no amount of bleeding or flushing the system will fix the issue.
Replacing the ABS pump with a new unit from a Vauxhall main dealer can be very expensive.
Furthermore, the new part typically only comes with a one-year warranty.
We’re pleased to offer a full rebuild service for your existing Corsa ABS pump at a fraction of the cost of a new unit from the dealer.
We can also supply a fully remanufactured replacement unit directly from stock (when available).
Both of the above options come with our two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
