Mercedes Airbag ECU SRS Module – No Communication Repair Service
At Essex Recons, we offer a specialist repair service for faulty Mercedes airbag control modules, also known as SRS ECUs. Each unit we receive is thoroughly tested and repaired in our dedicated on-site electronics workshop. We use advanced diagnostics and fully integrated test benches to accurately identify and resolve common issues, such as loss of communication or internal faults within the module.
To ensure the repaired unit functions correctly once reinstalled in the vehicle, we carry out full vehicle simulation testing as part of our quality control process. This allows us to verify the airbag module’s performance under real-world operating conditions. Additionally, during the repair process, we upgrade specific internal components with higher quality replacements. These improved parts are chosen to enhance the durability of the unit and reduce the risk of future failure.
