The Turbo actuator from the diesel Citroen is a common component to fail. this will cause the engine management light to illuminate and the vehicle to go into limp mode. When the vehicle is scanned via diagnostics you may find fault codes relating turbo actuator P2452 – Turbo Position Sensor
