The Continental turbo actuator fitted to Land Rover Freelander 2 (2010-2016) is likely to fail. Common symptoms of this failure are power loss, illuminated EML light, P0237 – Turbo boost sensor, P0238 – turbo / boost sensor “A” circuit high input, P0047 – turbo / boost control solenoid circuit low, P0048 – turbocharger / boost control solenoid circuit high, P2263 – turbocharger boost system performance & P0046 – Turbocharger boost control solenoid circuit range/performance fault codes may also be present in the engine ECU when scanned through diagnostics.
